POLICIES

Please read our Policies and Restrictions thoroughly, we want you to have the best experience possible and these Policies help us achieve that goal, and maintain our desire to provide all guests with an enjoyable stay at Eagleville Saloon.

Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of making your reservation. Reservations are not considered formal until a credit card has been successfully charged.

Reservation Balance: All balances that have not been charged in advance will be charged 3 days prior to arrival. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL UNLESS WE CAN FILL THE RESERVATION WITH ANOTHER GUEST.

Cancellations and Partial Refunds: A 10% refund processing fee will be charged for any refund that is processed. If you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to check-in, we will refund your deposit back to the original credit card, minus the 10% refund processing fee. Cancellations and alterations must be made 7 days prior to the date of arrival to ensure the refund of your deposit. After 7 days your deposit becomes non-refundable. Altering the reservation is no longer an option 72 hours before check in time of your arrival date. Any missed days (for example: late arrivals or early departures) are considered to be cancelled days and will remain charged in full per the original reservation. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Understandably, Eagleville Saloon cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to weather, travel conditions, last minute change of plans, or any other causes. If these and other threats to check-in date or length of stay are of concern, guests are strongly encouraged to pursue travel insurance.

CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is between 3-7 p.m. daily. Our front desk is not staffed overnight. If you plan to check-in after 7 p.m., please text or call us for instructions.

CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out is 11 a.m.

WIFI, TELEVISION, PHONES, CELL SERVICE:  In an effort to provide all guests with the feeling of getting away from the daily onslaught of media, technology, and over-stimulation, Eagleville Saloon rooms do not have TVs or in-room phones. Our texting app is our form of communication during your stay for all of your needs. Of course, our hotel is small in size, and during the hours of 7 a.m.--10 p.m we can respond immediately to your needs. Cell service is spotty at best in Eagleville, we are on the outer edge of Verizon's service area. Our WIFI is provided via Starlink, and depending on the number of people in the building it can be very fast or a bit slow. We suggest WIFI calling for cell phones.

COMMON AREAS AND QUIET HOURS: Rooms 1-6 have semi-private decks with stunning views of the Hays Mountain range to the East in Nevada. Please respect your neighbors' privacy and do not peer around or go beyond the privacy screens for your rooms. The south fire escape for the second floor rooms is an emergency exit only, PLEASE do not use the emergency staircase for coming and going as you will travel past other guests windows. Common areas are the rear yard, the rear deck off the pool table room, and the front porch. The Eagleville Saloon is a brand new building that was completed in 20026 and the rooms and floors have sound deadening elements but they are not soundproof. Please be considerate of your neighbors next door, above, and below (THANK YOU). Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Amplified music is not allowed anywhere on the property for the comfort of all guests.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Rooms do not have safes, but we do have a hotel safe we can lock small items in during your stay. We will document and photograph the items before locking them away.

CHILDREN: Children are welcome at the Eagleville Saloon, but keep in mind we are a small space and children are expected to be well-behaved and to respect the peace and quiet of all guests. We ask that no children under the age of 12 be left alone in the room, and they must be attended by a responsible adult at all times.

PETS: Our annex house connected to the north, and our 2 story farm house, The Kennedy House, a short walk to the south are our pet-friendly accommodations. There is a $25 per day per dog charge for pets.

EXCESSIVE DAMAGE: In the event of excessive damage to the hotel room beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to significant damage to furniture and carpet, and the room structure, the guest will be held liable for the full cost of repairs or replacements, which may include a non-refundable charge equal to the cost of one night's stay in addition to the actual repair costs regardless of whether the damage was intentional or accidental.

OCCUPANCY AND EXTRA GUESTS: Base rates are for two guests per room, our double queen bed rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests and there is a $25 fee per person per day beyond 2 guests, up to 4 guests. We do not have roll-away beds or cots.

SMOKING: All our rooms are non-smoking. If found having smoked or vaped in the room, the guest will be charged a $300 room cleaning charge, that may include re-painting at an additional expense to the guest, not to exceed $500. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard area near the fire pit, and only if there are no other guests in the area who don't object. PLEASE DISPOSE OF BUTTS PROPERLY.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is off limits at all times due to insurance regulations.

WE DO NOT OFFER ROOM SERVICE: We are a small hotel with limited staffing.

PLEASE DO NOT BURN CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND IN THE ROOMS OR ON THE PROPERTY.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws. Eagleville Saloon has a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by California Law and the management of the hotel. Eagleville Saloon will refuse service or evict a guest for: refusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times; seeks to use the hotel for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the hotel: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons, destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to hotel property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed maximum allowable occupancy of room(s); refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Eagleville Saloon's management for the efficient operation of the property.
